Beautiful portion of villa with stone walls, only 500mts far from Agriturismo Costa Etrusca and Restaurant Osteria Al Braciere. The portion of villa for rent is at ground floor, with private and fenced garden, from which there is a superb view of the sea and of the hills. The rest of this villa is used by its owners for thery holiday periods. Each portion has its private entrance.
Description: three double bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, one bathroom with closed shower, large living-room with sofas, armchairs and cocktail cabinet; kitchenett, large dining-room. Direct access to the garden from the dining-room and from the living-room.
The private garden is furnished with table, ping-pong.
This house is only 3 kms away from San Vincenzo's sandy beaches and downtown area, as a matter of fact they are easily reachable with an asphalted country road in less than 5 min. drive. Private parking place at the villa.
INCLUDED SERVICES: linen and towels, weekly cleaning.
Extras : Prices are intended for 6 persons, each added person will pay €15/day for short stays and €10/day for weekly stays.
Children up to 14 y.old do not pay any extra.
Final cleaning does not include the kitchen cleaning, for which €25 will be charged in case it is not done by the client.

San Carlo is a small and quiet outlying ward of San Vincenzo, a very fresh area full of pine-trees shadow and sent.
San Carlo is about 6 kms away from San Vincenzo's down-town and sandy beaches, it is reachable by car in a 5 min. drive or by bus in 10 min. Its position (about 200mts over sea-level) makes of it an ideal place for those seeking a beach vacation in a non-chaotic place, those who apreciate the natural fresh breeze given by the front-sea position and by the green of the trees instead of air-conditionning, for those who wish to find a place charming and quiet without being too far away from summer towns attractions.
The closest restaurant to Casone Val di Gori is only 200mts far from it and other restaurants are 1km north of it or 2 kms south of it. The first shops, like bakery, grocery store, fish and meat shop, winery, ecc. are about 4 kms away and are reachable by car or by bus.
Guests benefit from a 10% discount in some beaches of San Vincenzo and Riotorto (two of these are also dog-beaches) for renting sun umbrella and sun beds. More agreements with discounts have been taken with a bike rental, with a thermal lake (Calidario) and with a wellness center (Riva degli Etruschi).
The beautiful Val di Cornia parks are also very close and rich in history and nature. They are open all year. |
