VILLA BELLAVISTA is located in San Vincenzo, in a nice and sea-view residential area, at a 1km. Distance ( a 15min. Walk and a 5min. Bike ride ) from San Vincenzo's downtown and beaches. It is not at sea-level but about 60mt. above sea level. In VILLA BELLAVISTA there are two apartments used by the owners and two apartments available for rent. br />

One-bedroom apartment CASALLEGRA (2+2)
Double bedroom. Large living-room with double sofa-bed and direct access to the apartment's private outside area, equipped with table and chairs and completely fenced. Bathroom with cabin shower and washing machine. Kitchen with table and dishwasher. This apartment is located at a basement level, for this reason it is particularly fresh but its windows are high, with the ecception of the living-room big french window that leads to its private outside area.

One-bedroom apartment CASAGAIA (2+3)
Double bedroom + single bed. Large kitchen/living-room with double sofa-bed. Bathroom with small bath with shower. Little pool view and sea-view terrace with table for 2/3 persons. Air conditionning.

Its mild climate, the characteristics of its natural environment as well as its centrality on the Tyrrhenian coast make San Vincenzo a place to spend your holidays all year round. San Vincenzo’s central position on the Mediterranean coast allows those who decide to spend their vacation here easy and rapid access to the other tourist attractions and destinations of the area, such as the Val di Cornia Park System, which includes the park of Rimigliano. Particularly fascinating, and of nationwide importance, is the historical testimony represented by the archaeological park of Baratti and the archaeological mining park of San Silvestro, as well as the spectacular promontory of Populonia, all of which constitute veritable points of excellence within the national framework.

San Vincenzo is also not far from the historic medieval hill towns of Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, as well as the beaches of the Nature Park of Sterpaia in the Municipality of Piombino and the health spa of Caldana in the Municipality of Campiglia Marittima.
San Vincenzo is also little more than an hour’s drive from Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Florence; Pisa is only 70 km away and Florence, and Florence 150 km. The port of Piombino is the main gateway to the island of Elba and is just 22 km from San Vincenzo.
